Hiring-Simplified: The ATS Transition
This course was designed to support an organization in transitioning from a manual, paper-based hiring system to an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Its primary focus was on gaining employee buy-in by introducing the change, explaining how roles would evolve, and highlighting the importance of the system for both individual employees and the company as a whole. The course aimed to foster a positive attitude towards the new system and motivate employees to embrace the changes.

This microlearning course was designed to provide employees with a quick, accessible guide on how to post job listings on LinkedIn without any cost. Targeting anyone involved in hiring, the course breaks down the process into clear, easy-to-follow steps, ensuring that users can immediately apply the information to post jobs effectively. The short, focused format allows learners to quickly grasp the key actions, reinforcing behavior through repetition (Behavioral Learning Theory) while also supporting the mental processing and retention of the steps for future application (Cognitivism).
